🛍 How do I get credits to shop the Gems store?

To earn Canal credits on Gems, start by referring partner brands to Canal through the Canal app. After you and a brand agree to sell together, you'll have 90 days of waived fees. After 10 sales, both you and your partner will receive a $100 credit to Gems.

✨ Is there a limit to how much I can earn?

You can earn up to $1000 to Gems — and not just you! Anyone at your brand who refers can earn up to $1000. Thanks for being you!

🚢 Where do you ship?

Currently, we only ship to the United States. Stay tuned for more shipping locations in the future.

📦 Can I return a product purchased on Gems?

At this time we do not support returns, exchanges, or refunds.

🤕 What if something's wrong with my product?

If you have any issues with the products you receive, please reach out to support@shopcanal.com and we will put you in touch with the brand directly to replace or resolve any concerns regarding your order.

We currently only ship to the US. Please note that all products on Gems are shipped directly from our supplier partners, and not from Canal, and all sales are final.

Third Party Providers. Canal uses third parties to fulfill its Product orders. By purchasing Products on Gems, you agree to be bound by those third parties’ terms of use and privacy policies, and hereby consent and authorize Canal to share any information and payment and shipping instructions you provide with such third-party service providers to the extent required to complete your transactions.

Returns

As all sales are final, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds. Please also note ShopCanal, LLC reserves the right to refuse all returns.
